研究方向
主要从事纳米医药研究。近年来研究兴趣主要集中在以下几个方面:(1) 阿尔兹海默综合症(老年痴呆症,AD)抑制剂的研究,针对AD的病理机制,设计制备了纳米载药体系,实现多靶点抑制阿尔兹海默症的功能,发现有可能成为AD候选药物的多功能纳米体系。(2)纳米载药体系治疗耐药细菌感染的研究,针对细菌的耐药机制,构建响应释放,消除细菌生物膜,激活免疫抑制微环境的仿生纳米体系,评价其体外、体内治疗耐药细菌感染的效果,阐明其不易产生耐药的抗菌机制。(3)绿色纳米农药的研究与开发,利用纳米载药,开展按需递送农药,降低毒性协同抗菌和杀虫,用于防治植物病菌和病虫害。旨在开发出可替代传统农用化学品的新型纳米农药。
作为项目负责人,获得国家自然科学基金6项,广东省自然科学基金重点项目及面上项目5项,广东省科技计划项目4项,广州市科技计划项目1项,中央高校基本业务费2项,卓越导师计划项目(高水平期刊论文)项目2项,暨南大学引进优秀人才科研启动基金1项。获得授权中国发明专利 16件。作为通讯作者已在Adv. Funct. Mater(IF 24.10,),ACS Nano(IF 18.027),Biomaterials(IF 12.479),Chemical Engineering Journal.(IF:16.7),Small (IF:15.153),等本领域权威期刊发表SCI学术论文180余篇。2020年获得爱思唯尔高被引学者。
